  Very poor aftercare service, take weeks to reply and don't seem to care at all about you after they have sold you the printer.
  
  We bought a L25500 off them and paid way over the odds, they sold us wastach with the machine which is the worst RIP software to run with the machine as very few suppliers have ICC profiles for this machine.
